Southwest Metal Treating Corp. offers a multitude of services to help you meet your needs. Listed below are some of the services that we offer. If you don’t see a service you are looking for, please call and discuss with us to see what we can do to help. SWMT is constantly upgrading equipment to stay on top of the latest thermal processing technologies made to better serve you.
Heat Treating
Age Harden, Anneal, Atmosphere Quench and Temper, Carburize, Sub-Zero Freeze, Flame Harden, Normalize, Roller Hearth Line, Solution Anneal, Stress Relieve, Vacuum Heat Treat, Ion/Plasma Nitride.
Abrasive Cleaning
Blast capabilities up to 14’ x 14’ x 44’. We offer shot blasting and crushed garnet blasting.
Metallurgical Testing
Hardness testing and microhardness testing is performed in house. All other services are provided by an accredited third-party service.
Trucking
Trucks and trailers are available for pickup and delivery to meet customer needs.
Facilities
SWMT is located at 9516 Lynwood St, Fort Worth, TX right off of IH-35 south. Spread out over 7 acres and 50,000+ sq. ft. of building space, we have plenty of room to accommodate all sizes of customer material.
